¹   Charge for half-day is non-refundable and is fully earned whether mediation lasts the full 4 hours or less as mediator blocks entire time out precluding other engagements.If time permits and the mediator and parties desire to continue a half-day mediation past the 4 hour minimum, time shall be billed in one hour increments for each portion of an hour used thereafter. For matters involving three or more parties, rates are $200.00 per party per hour.
